If a false alarm is triggered you can remotely access your camera feeds and see that there is no visible threat. Onec you're certain it was a false alarm you can deactivate the system and contact us to fix the issue.

As a result, our alarms can be monitored remotely, so we can troubleshoot and fix 95% of issues without a call out. If we are still unable to fix the issue, we can arrange for a technician to come out the next day.
